If you enjoy reading and learning, you should go to the recently opened Kigali Public Library. Along with a selection of both physical and electronic literature, the library provides a calm setting. While sipping Rwandan coffee from the Shokola Storytellers Cafe on one floor, patrons are free to use the library’s computers, browse the internet, or watch documentaries on a huge projector.
